"Friendly hotel"

Staff could not be more helpful. Everyone was super friendly. Even made a special request for us to have big cups in the room when I asked if I could take the breakfast ones. Decent size room, nice balcony to sit out on. The terrace for breakfast/drinks has lovely views. For the price point it's excellent. There are hotels with more facilities, but you will pay more for them.

Our air-conditioning was not very effective. It might be a problem in hotter weather.

"Nice place in Madeira"

The views are really amazing. You can enjoy your breakfast with beautiful ocean landscaping . Breakfast was delicious, good choice and nice coffee. The atmosphere is very chilled.

Parking is too small for such a big hotel. Some of the restaurant staff didn’t feel very welcoming.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was amazing.

The only thing lacking was entertainment in the evening.

Great location for Funchal, with a local shopping centre nearby for wandering around and stocking up for groceries for our next part of the holiday. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfasts were rather poor. Orange juice was more orange squash and cups for tea and coffee were too small.
