Was not the cleanest. You had to ask for everything or go downstairs and get things. No blanket for pullout couch and no comfortable for one of the beds.

I had to wait about an hour for the clerk to resolve a matter with an elderly couple '...because 3 rooms they tried had no heat on a freezing weekend in georgia. The tub was brown on the floor and the curtains had mold stains. There a severky used roll of toilet paper and i ran out in one night.

The elevator was off and on the entire time I was there. Christmas Eve we walked 5 flights of stairs all day because the elevator was down all day that day. I think I should be compensated for this horrible stay. Who would of walking up and down 5 flights for 5 days.

I found this hotel a bit underwhelming for it to be a Wyndham property. A plus was that my room was big, but it was a disabled accessible room. The room seemed like it was only moderately cleaned. The room was dusty. There were ants around the sink. The bathroom had poor lighting. The room definitely showed some wear and tear. The inside of the hotel appeared a bit rundown. The carpets needed cleaning, there was no drink machine and the ice machine looked like a health hazard. There were no cups in my room and the coffee pot had mold (the clerk did have housekeeping replace it-but I wasn't going to use the coffee-maker after seeing the mold). There was a $100 deposit that I wasn't aware of, but it was returned at check out. The peep hole looked like it was packed with tissue. I expected a little more for what it cost per night. A little TLC would go a long way to improving the experience at this property. Doubtful that I will stay here during my next visit.

There is no breakfast amenities and its stated online that is has breakfast

Bath tub and toilet were dirty, hair was on the bed, and even though breakfast was advertised there was non, not even coffee. Worst experience ever.

I booked online and was charged only to be told when I arrived at the property that they overbooked and was sold out. I was left inconvenienced and without no where to go being that I arrived at 11:00PM every hotel in the area was booked.
