Clean,good location

The latch for our door was broken, kind of makes it unsafe. Needs a deep clean for sure.. Also, the front desk should be trained to know how to take in 3rd party reservations from booking.com.

The word "Empathy," Ana ... ... is described as the ability to take on another's perspective, to understand, to feel, and possibly share and respond to their experience. Having lived what I lived on Thursday, October 10, around 5:30 PM, I think you and your associates may want to study the word. And maybe get to put it into practice. - I live in Palmetto. Like so many others, my world was heavily damaged. No power, no phone, spotty water use, etc. - More than anything else, I could not get word to my family in Wisconsin that I was alive and okay. - A co-worker informed me that there was power in much of Lakewood Ranch. I packed my computer and headed there. - I could not find any restaurants or fast food places open. But I saw activity at your location. - I explained my situation to a young lady at the desk and asked if I could use the WiFi. She was nice and said "sure." Here is where it goes off the wheels. - There were PLENTY of empty tables. I was in a corner, quietly writing. I was not trying to serve myself to whatever amenities your dump may offer. - About 20 minutes in, enter "Lupe." I believe that was her name. Though, "Lupus" or "Loopy" may have fit better. Bigger girl. Too much makeup. - She informed me, rather impolitely, that I was not a hotel guest and that in order to use the WiFi on my laptop, I had only 20 more minutes until I needed to leave. - I have NEVER so much wanted to make a scene. Did "Loser" realize that people's lives were ruined and turned upside down in the past 24 hours? I doubt it. Did "Lumpy" really feel that, more or less, throwing someone out would help anything? Apparently not. Here is what you should know: 1. After composing myself, I went to Hampton. I told them the story and they laughed at how rude your location acted. They really could not believe your organization would do such a thing. I was told I was welcome there as long as I wanted. 2. In my work, I travel quite a bit. Come to think of it, the company books a lot of hotels. I know one chain that will be eliminated off our list real quick. 3. I have not lived here long, but I was planning to have family and friends visit this winter. I know one place that will not be considered. 4. A copy of this email will be going to corporate. Finally, look up the word "empathy" and, maybe, "professionalism." While you are at it, look up "inviting." Then, look up the term "lost revenue." I think you will want to familiarize yourself with it. As I told "Leaky" on my way out, I hope the next hurricane to hit this area comes right through your Fairfield by Marriott. Then, maybe, you'll understand "empathy." You have a lot to learn,

You charge too much for a pet fee!!

Staff were great, room was excellent and the Anystream Speakman shower head in room 128 was the cherry on top.

Everything was excellent. The front desk were so friendly and greet everyone coming or going

Property is clean and in a nice area. Scent/humidifier is a little overwhelming.

Great hotel! Huge room/suite! Very clean and comfortable.

Room was good,

Every person was very understanding about my medical condition and surgery. We also had to take our dog with us due to our dog sitter not being available. I could not postpone surgery. We had a lot of trash for a two night stay so we left $20.00 for the maid and had it all neatly piled for removal. Thank you Fairfield Suites. We will be needinv your hospitality again.
