Garden of the Gods Resort & Club

Garden of the Gods is a wonderful place and you have great views from the hotel grounds. The restaurant and lobby area is very nice with interesting decor and art. The food was very good. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom is spacious.

Our villa rooms were located facing the back area and the parking lot. So we had no view which was dissapointing. Especially since the room price was 411 $. The room had two queens although we would have preferred a king bed. The two queens took up most of the space.

These rooms are so spacious, with comfortable beds, so clean, friendly and accommodating staff and wow! The view!! We travel a lot for work and have stayed in some pretty nice luxury hotels and this one is one of our favorites. If you need something just ask them! They were so helpful. My only complaint was the coffee. We didn’t love the expresso machine in the room instead of a coffee pot. They did bring a microwave to our room though. That was so helpful! If we’re ever back to Colorado Springs we will be staying here again.

We were traveling thru Colorado and decided we would stop to see the Garden of the Gods. After researching, we were pleased to find this property close by. The resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The view at sunrise from our balcony will not be forgotten.

Loved it, especially the Lodge Rooms which had an amazing view. Only suggestion is that complimentary coffee is served in the lobby in the mornings.

Beautiful views and location very close to Garden of the Gods but despite proximity you can’t walk to any of the hiking trailheads because of a large gully. Understaffed and the staff that was there were untrained. Uninterested in fixing problems that were reported. Unseasoned, bland food even in the highly touted high-end, expensive restaurant. Would not go again.

We went to celebrate our anniversary and check out the Garden of the Gods park and couldn't have had a better time! The property was very well maintained, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We ate in the dining room for breakfast one morning and the views were amazing, the food was good and the staff was very friendly. We also used the coffee shop for breakfast one morning and sandwiches one afternoon. Great staff as well and the food was good. Only issues were that room service for breakfast on our first morning forgot syrup for the pancakes (quick call to room service and they brought some to our room) and there was no decaf coffee although we had ordered it on our room service tag we hung on our door the night before. The staff who delivered our tray said she would get it and be right back but she never returned. We ended up just skipping the coffee since we had other plans. The other issue was the air conditioning/heating unit in the room which was difficult to get to work correctly. We had to get maintenance to come the first night to get the AC to shut off and even though it did for awhile it kicked back on overnight and ran non stop all night blowing cold air. The second night we had maintenance back again and he made some more adjustments. At that point we had no heat or AC running for the duration of our stay but luckily we were comfortable enough it wasn't a huge issue. Complaint about the heating/cooling aside, the rooms were very clean and cozy and we had an amazing view! Beds were comfortable, bathroom very spacious with a HUGE shower and we loved the fireplace in the room. Found it very convenient and appreciated having a water bottle filling station in the lobby to keep our water bottles filled. Parking was easy, spots right out in front of our room made it easy to come and go. Resort had valet parking as well but we didn't use it or see a need to. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend the resort. We saw two weddings on the property while we were there, would make a lovely place to exchange vows and hold a reception. Absolutely loved the resort!! Facilities, restaurants and views are fabulous. Staff is top notch throughout the entire resort. The views are incredible and I would highly recommend staying in a room with a view. I booked a casita king and the room was wonderful but I was not aware by the pictures and details on the website of exactly what I was getting. So close to the Garden of the Gods visitor center and entrance.
