Garden of the Gods Resort & Club

Beautiful resort with amazing views and excellent service. The staff were super friendly, our room was spectacular and the overall experience was peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend!!! We will be back.

Great view. Large comfortable rooms. The fireplace was perfect for a cool night.

Beautiful resort and close to a lot of attractions and such. However, in the suite, they had Google cast but did not connect at all and the TV had the hardware and good wifi. When we called front desk, we were told they dont actually offer Google cast because of spotty service. Then why even have it in the suites?? Secondly, when we dined at their Grand View restaurant which was gorgeous but I think they were possibly short staffed? The server was nice but seemed overworked and we felt so bad. Nobody came to the table when we were sat (we had reservations) for a good 20 minutes. The manager was checking on everyone that seemed to be part of the resort club but not us. We paid 2500 ish for 5 nights and although the accommodation itself was gorgeous, microwave didn't work at all. It was our honeymoon and for the price, I feel it could have been better experience.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at the resort and were extremely happy with our entire experience. We were recognized for our anniversary and the food, service, spa and staff were amazing. Highly recommend

The casita was lovely and comfortable and perfect. Service was solid but not outstanding. I got voicemail multiple times during my stay when trying to reach front desk, concierge, and dining. I would much rather be put on hold than get voicemail. The one time I left voicemail, I never received a call back. Our dinner at Grand View was a lovely setting and great service. But the food was mediocre. Rubbery steak, bland soup, and chalky ice cream. In-room breakfast was lukewarm and took much longer (an hour) than they estimated (25-30 minutes). And the smart TV with Google Cast... The casting service doesn't work. We spent an hour trying to get it to work, even calling the tech support number on the screen, and they were flummoxed, as well. Turns out when we asked the front desk about it, they said it doesn't work anywhere at the resort. Wait, what?! I wasted an hour on a tech issue for a service that doesn't work even though the TV says it does? We had a lovely experience at the spa. And the resort location can't be beat.

Beautiful view! Quiet and nice space, including small patio. Nice restaurants and spa.
