Everything was perfect

Absolutely amazing. Views from the suite were incredible and we will surely be back again in a few months. Watching the deer come to the fresh water pool to drink at dusk was truly wonderful.

Love this resort and we return every other year as we have family in So Colorado so this has become a "must stay" during our Thanksgivings in Colorado. The amenities are world class,! First and foremost, a great night sleep is what matters the most on the road and without question the "rest" rating is a 10 out of 10! The restaurant is "top shelf," the front office management and employees are simply amazing treating all guests as family starting with the warm welcome home!. Love our home away from home in Colorado and all the wonderful people that makes us feel so welcome! Great hotels shine in some of the areas I mentioned but what really sets Garden of the Gods Resort apart from the "wannabees" is.... without a doubt the employees like Managers like Eugene Hays and his all star front desk agent like Sophia HadenSophia Hayden is an amazing individual and fabulous ambassador for this resort! She helped us several times with recommendations, modifications and a plethora of kindness! She made our stay a 10++++! She loves her job, she loves her management, she loves her peers and best of all, she loves her guests!!! JSeraz

Super disappointed! We stayed in a cottage, the exterior wall lighting including the wall lights on the cottages across from us lit up our bedroom at night as if the lights were on inside, I’m still wide awake at 3:30am. The bed pillows are absolutely awful, they’re way too thick and hard so your head is lifted up with a bend in the neck, I tried to use the decorative pillow, there’s no way I’m sleeping with the amount of light shining through the screens and around the edges of them. I don’t know what we’ll do but I can’t imagine another incredibly uncomfortable night like this, the bed is too firm as well. Our son’s room wifi would not work at all, I checked other reviews and noticed others had the same problem with no fix. Hopefully you will be able to see the photo I’m including showing how lit up our bedroom is, on another review site the included photo would not show.

Wasted so much time before hand communicating dietary needs, only for it to all be ignored when arriving. Why even ask and waste my time if you're not going to listen? Also had a poor Wi-Fi connection in my room and had loud neighbors that woke up extremely early (5AM) that roamed around in a common area. The resort does have amazing views and a nice spa.

DO NOT GO HERE! The valet literally almost ran over my family and could care less. Food was all cold - appetizer and entre. They also put us on a cocktail table even though plenty of full tables available. You are better off with a Swanson TV dinner.

The resort is beautiful but the customer service is lacking. The spa was wonderful and the staff there was very friendly and accommodating

The room was absolutely stunning and loved the views of the mountains! The staff everywhere was amazing and so was the spa for my massage!! I am obsessed with experiential shower!

I wish the infinity pool was warmer so we could have used it because it was a cooler day. Also the hot tub in the fitness center was a little small. A couple was already in it when we went to use it and we didn't feel comfortable being so close to them in such an intimate setting.
