Wyndham Garden Wichita Downtown

It was dirty the room and mirrors had water spots left on them. The carpet was dirty looking and was just overall not cleaned well before getting to the room. The pool wasn’t even open and it was definitely not like the pictures.

The bed wasn't uncomfortable.

Rooms dont look anything like the add. There was 2 sheets on the beds, no blankets. I went to the desk and asked for a blanket, the man said they only had what was on the beds. The entire building had a bad smell. The rooms were dirty. The only ice machine that worked was on the 2nd floor. Elevator was questionable at best. Also all advertisement said that breakfast was served until 10:30am, however it was stopped before 9am.

That the kids enjoyed the pool.

To walking in and the smell was awful, to the gum stuck on the headboard, the awful noise all night long, no phone to call and let them know, no coffee at breakfast... it was just disappointing all around.

It had holes all in the walls water stains on the ceiling toilet wouldn’t flush had to flush 4 times to get it to flush they make u pay for service animals

Had dirty linens, toilet seat was dirty, sticky residue in side table

Smell was not fresh, sheets and towels were worn thin. The king mattress was sunken in the middle. The name was misleading - there was nothing even close to a garden. It was very noisy.

The beds were very comfortable, it was quiet as far as other guests, the breakfast was excellent, there was a pool, and the staff was nice.

The pool was freezing cold.
