"Good location, Bad AC"

The AC in our room didn’t work hardly at all. I messaged the staff with no reply through the message link. Ended up having to buy a fan.

"Never again!"

Location to ball park was the only good thing.

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at, nails sticking out of walls where pictures use to be,mold in bathroom and stains all over beds. Had to wait 40 mins to have hot water the first night, pool was closed due to pumps not working. The ceiling brown and gross. I wish I could go on and on. Breakfast was not set up correctly, had to ask for milk. Go to room 302 and you will see.

Quietness

I booked this one because they had a pool and hot tub that unfortunately was closed the whole time I was there. The refrigerator didn't work and no ice machine on my floor.

ditto to my last review.

i really hope the managers read these reviews and take into account that the rising rates SHOULD NOT APPLY when booking more than one day with days in between !! makes zero sense & the lack of cleaning the rooms is obvious in the smells of the outdated décor and furniture.

"not worth price we paid"

the bedroom was VERY spacious & was perfectly sized for what we needed it for.. plenty of pillows

the room literally being held together with duct tape - baby cockroaches in the bathrooms and used toilet paper on the rolls.. the baths thankfully where not needed as we didn't plan on staying more than a night but pubic hair in the shower and wall fixtures falling off the wall not to mention the couch literally falling apart !! mentioned to floor manager next day as we had planned to return as our half way spot on 14hr road trip but nothing changed a week later.. so much work needed to fix this property !!
