The proximity to downtown.

The property was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The water was not hot, the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner and refrigerator were both very loud throughout the night. There was even a dead lizard with what appeared to be blood stuck on the ceiling, which was shocking to see. The sheets were heavily stained, the room had an unpleasant smell, and overall the entire stay felt gross and unhygienic.Definitely not worth your money.
