Very nice. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff.

Entrance requires walking up multiple stairs. Reception area is acquired and staff were not very attentive or friendly. Elevator sounds disturbing and would suggest needs repair or service. Room was clean and comfortable. Very hard place to get into and even access an Uber/taxi. Area is nice

great price for what you get, very friendly and helpful staff! great location, plus a nice pool/bar area

1. There is NO elevator from the parking/ground floor, so you will need to carry your luggage up a flight of 2 stairs. 2. They ask for your children’s names to apparently “keep track of guests” since the Lahaina fires. That was very unusual. 3. Check in was not your normal check-in and there are no clear signs of reception. It just looks like an office desk. 4. There was an unexpected $60 resort fee which I feel was over priced for what you are getting. 5. There was no security on site. 6. Anyone can access the room floors via elevator as there are no security measures in place. Ex. Using your room key to operate the elevator. 7. Returning to the room at night - terrible! There was barely ANY lighting. It was dark. Very scary you are a solo female traveler. 8. The rooms were outdated but sort of clean? 9. The AC was terrible. It was hot so we had to sleep with no blankets. Moral of the story - stay somewhere else.

Excellent location, walkable to beach and shopping. Plenty of options for dining very close.

Great hotel. Nice staff and convenient to everything in Waikīkī.

The staff are great! The property is not new and has no balcony. It is good just to take a shower, sleep, and then get out in the morning. It has a free filtered water machine next to the small bar downstairs, which was a nice touch. It had a complementary coffee/green tea machine in the room, with a small refrigerator/freezer in the room. One of the rooms had a small sink above the freezer, which was also nice. It is ok to stay for five days. Parking was optional at $30 a day.
