Every thing in place. Neat and Tidy . Very good cutlery and cooking utensils

Everything is good . Bit more directions on garbage disposal would be appreciated. Otherwise it is all good

"Location and great neighborhood playground"

Perfect location with walkable access to the village. Steps out the door to an awesome playground to keep kids busy. Hot tub was in good condition. Free parking is a plus.

Room cleaning could have been better. There's an area under the Murphy bed that looks like it has not been cleaned in a long time, with someone's lost sock in it 😆.

Wir bekamen keinen Zugang ins Hotel, da wir unsere Bankdaten inklusive Geheimzahl online extra nicht angeben wollten, obwohl das Zimmer bereits schon bezahlt war. Die Unterkunft gab uns keine Alternative, wir bekamen keinen Zugangscode und mussten eine andere Unterkunft buchen. Auf unserer Kanadareise hatten wir insgesamt 10 Unterkünfte gebucht, die meisten ohne frontdesk und es gab keine Schwierigkeiten. Wir baten mehrmals booking.com um Hilfe, für uns gab es keine Lösung.....sehr ärgerlich. Keine Rückerstattung!!!!!

"Whistler Retreat"

Fabulous location..we were surprised that it was a part of the marketplace Safe area and great underground parking! A washing machine/dryer was a huge bonus! Good kitchen amenities! great having an air con too! Very clean

Had problems getting into the premises...the lift would not take me to floor 2 without the fob..kept trying to contact whistler retreat at entrance intercom but they kept just opening the door (ended up having a couple of other ppl staying there using their fob to get me to the room to open it) The bed wasn't comfortable at all..no info how to use the TV remotes (all 3 of them)
