Princess Heights Luxury Boutique Condo Hotel

Princess heights was a beautiful hotel inside and out. Our room was perfect with a great view. We received the best customer service and housekeeping while we were there. Breakfast was served fresh and hot everyday to our room. The croissants and coffee were perfect. Our room was very clean throughout the stay. Anything we needed and asked for was provided with quick and friendly service. Gero at the registration desk was very friendly, quick and efficient. He does a great job and so did Saskia. We would come back here just for the wonderful service. We really enjoyed our time and on Saint Martin and Princess Heights. I highly recommend both!

This was our second time staying at this property. We absolutely love it here. We got a 2 bedroom so our teenagers had their own room, kitchen, and bathroom. It’s quiet and safe. The pastry shop/market is a 2 minute drive.

Really beautiful view from our room. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was simple but delicious. The property is not really close to much. I would strongly suggest a car if you choose to stay here.

We were assigned a beautiful condo with all the necessary accessories. The morning breakfast is excellent. As Princess Heights sits on a hill overlooking the ocean the view was spectacular. Additionally as Princess Heights sits on a hill a rental car is the best option if you plan to stay there. It is 15 minutes from Philipsburg and then up a steep hill. If your plans include a car rental then this is an excellent choice.

Been three years coming to the same hotel and loving the experience every time . Beautiful views, comfortable beds, friemdly staff, good vibes . Highly recommend

The property and staff are amazing! I’ve been staying at Princess Heights for 20 years when visiting St. Martin. The property is secluded and quiet. If you enjoy privacy and don’t mind adventurous driving then this is the stay for you!

Came here for the second part of our honeymoon, this was my 2nd time here (the first was about a decade ago with my family), and it was honestly even better than I remember it. We stayed at the all inclusive (Sonesta OP) before and it was beautiful, but we enjoyed our stay at Princess Heights even more because it was just so much more charming and the views were breathtaking. The staff were all so sweet as well. Will DEFINITELY be staying here again during our biannual couples trip to SXM.

Amazing property, loved the view of the bay and the sound of the ocean every night! Amazing location, try BZH restaurant 5 min drive and Mama pizza is excellent! Haven't had a bad meal all week! Highly recommend for families as the suites w kitchen and living room are super nice and huge!

It was wonderful. So clean and all the staff are so friendly. The stairs though!! Kept us in shape.😂
