Princess Heights Luxury Boutique Condo Hotel

I loved that this hotel was in a quiet area. There is a fair bit of walking up and down to the beach and there is NO ELEVATOR, which was fine for me but might be of note to elderly visitors. There is no restaurant on the property but the JW Marriott is a walk away and they have many food options/snacks etc. Princess Heights would do very well to put in a little convenience store or restaurant.

We were very comfortable at the Princess Heights Hotel. The staff & service was exceptional, and the grounds were kept very well. The property is perched on the side of a hill with a commanding view of Oyster pond marina, Dawn Beach and the Atantic ocean. Saint Barts is viewable as well as several uninhabited islands and keys. The only takeaways for me, were the fact there is no restaurant or beach access within easy walking distance. Having a rental car is a must if you like to venture out as we do. The nearby Oyster Bay area has restaurants and the Veranda Market, which has a liquor store, restaurant and beach bar.

Condo was secure, clean with the perfect view of the ocean and excellent customer service. I suggest having a car as the property is located on top of a hill.

Won’t return . No free beach nearby - the beaches near by my Marriott and the veranda , want money for either a day pass ( $75 Marriott ) or Veranda wants $25 for four lounges chairs and two umbrellas . Need to drive to get everywhere or walk lots of steps and an incline . No restaurant on site . Breakfast is brought to the room but it’s only croissants , orange juice and coffee .overall , won’t come back .

The actual accommodations at the Princess Heights Luxury Boutique Condo are wonderful. The unit we stayed in was roomy and well stocked. The balcony is large and the views were beyond wonderful. The staff is pleasant and very accommodating. Having them bring a Continental Breakfast to our room everyday was a lovely way to start the day. The pool is large but not fancy. There weren't many people there when we were there so there were enough chairs and umbrellas for our use. The pool area would be nicer if perhaps there was some music piped in or a mini bar of some type set up. The hotel sits on a hill thus the magnificent views however it getting around the property involves a number of steps. I was a little disappointed that the beach was neither as close as had been advertised nor as accessible or nice as I'd imagined. We needed to go off property to find decent beaches. There are restaurants close by. Because the condo is in a very hilly area we drove to all of the places were visited. All that said we were pleased with the accommodations....it provided a calm space to return to after a day getting about the island.

Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Had breakfast delivered to our room which was fresh croissants. Lovely view from our room, outside patio was nice. Would recommend.
