There had been some previous reviews that criticised the food we found it very good. We had dinner and Breakfast and both were well presented and enjoyable. The location is excellent in terms of access to the park we were able to go in even though the queues were long and return for breakfast.

The rooms were much the same as the lodges in Kruger. I had anticipated a better standard. Not bad but not great.

The location next to Kruger Malelane gate & the open view onto the crocodile river & the Krugerpark. The open deck with restaurant, bar & lounge. The relax atmosphere. The staff, always smiling, always helpful. It was extremely important as we stayed 3 weeks in december 2025. It felt like a home awy from home. Thanks to the lovely Vuvi (sales manager), the reception manager & all the staff ! Hope it stays like that. We also liked the Spa. We hope to be back again.

The area around the pool. The maintenance around the pool was not ok. It was not looked after !! It needs thought for improvement. But that was the only place which was not ok.
