Stunning view on Kruger, you can spot hippos and crocodiles in the river. The terrace is beautiful and people are very nice.

The breakfast and dinner are not at the level of a 4 stars hotel. The swimming pool was not very clean. The curtains in the bedroom let in a lot of light in the morning.

Mr Visser and his family had a very bad experience. when they took a shower the water had a strong smell of chemical which burnt their eyes and caused Mr Visser to have trouble breathing from the chemical used in the water. Mr Visser took it up with the lodge staff and requested a full refund which was confirmed that it would have been refunded to his account. It is over a month and continuous follow ups leaving him with no alternative but to take further action to have this issue finalised using stringent legal proceedings. We have also requested the contact details for a higher principal of the lodge, which we also have not received. This is totally unacceptable.
