Outside door never fully closed, there was no ice machine on 2nd floor. Only one small trash can in room in bathroom n employee closet on second floor was always opened

Management terrible. Double charged for the stay after paying for the trip in full through Expedia. Left numerous message with staff for manager with no call back. Sent numerous emails to the manager with no response. Escalated it to the Holiday Inn corporate office which further investigated the error & assured us a credit would be issued within a week. 5 weeks later, still no credit! Disappointing would be an understatement for a national chain hotel to not correct their mistake!

It was a nice place to stay for a night. It was quiet.

Nice up to date hotel right off the highway. Very clean and quiet.

The room was very spacious

Overall stay was ok. Checkin was a breeze. Got to the room 1st red flag was the door was prooped open with the latch. Walk i room wasnt clean. Bathroom still had used washcloths in the tub. Empty water bottles on the side of the bed. Lent balls all over the floor. Telephone was stickey. Room had not been cleaned. No toilet paper in bathroom. Had to look on housekeeping cart to get tissues. And to my suprise there was an alcoholic can sitting on the cart.

If I could give it a ZERO, I would. Toilet leaking water Saturday after we checked in & unpacked. Front desk notified & said will put on list to be fixed. WE were the ones to put towels down & try to decrease it. Monday morning @ 0430 I almost slipped & fell because the towels were saturated. Husband went down Monday 0800 & spoke with manager who said it was on list to be fixed Monday. We left hotel @ 0800 & returned @ 6:30pm to find our hotel room open with ALL OUR BELONGINGS in our room with bathroom floor flooded with water again. Does this hotel NOT have maintenance?? Went to speak to manager who only said “ I’m sorry” no explanation or anything. Started yelling at my husband to lower his voice & stop yelling as she stood there with her hands on her hips with an attitude. No empathy for the flooding or leaving all my personal belongings up for grabs. I politely asked her to come see all the flooding & she refused. Said she already saw it. Maybe SHE left the door ajar??Manager needs some reverse racism training because she has horrible attitude. Rest of front desk staff friendly, no issues. Garbage left out in bins for days outside elevator. No working smoke detector in new room. Battery torn out & wires hanging. Bedding stained. We have stayed here past 5 years without issues. Apparently upper management does NOT visit this site because it’s time to clean out this current crew.
