Stayed at this hotel after our New Year’s cruise. The porters (Eli as one example) in the were surly and the front desk employees had zero customer orientation. This continued across the hotel, from the restaurant, where one of the employees would not allow us to sit in the restaurant, as we were working out our plans, after air services had been shut down in Puerto Rico due to the military action in Venezuela. He showed zero concern, or willingness to accommodate us for a short time while we figured out our plans.. The pool bar had the same issue, with systems not working, staff not helpful at all. The only place that had a semblance of custom orientation was the coffee shop. I particular, Rayxa, the barista who made great lattes, and other drinks, despite a large group of competitive swimmers, who were staying at the hotel causing long lines at the shop. The hotel room was substandard, and the sliding doors felt like they had been installed in the 1980s. The air conditioners made a loud humming noise, and it was hard to differentiate them from the planes of taking off on the runway adjacent to the hotel. So if you value silence, and a serene environment, this is definitely not the place for you. It is clear that the general manager has a lot of work to do, because this hotel seems to lack a propensity for customer experience. We also noted, that we are sitting at the beach, the beach umbrellas were removed at 5 PM, while we had to vacate the beach chairs at 6 PM. How does that even make sense? I would definitely not recommend it, and apart from the access to the beach and the lobby, the hotel facility and service are way below average.

Horrible experience. The staff is sub par and the manager is completely useless. There are a lot of great hotels in the area - this is not one of them.

The staff took amazing care of us. Juan Fuentes is super diligent all my events for the past 3 years have been amazing and well organized.

No other restaurants near by

I will never stay this hotel again. The evening outdoor barrtender with the ponytail, is THE LAZIEST bartender I have ever experienced in my life! I waited 10 minutes to order food and another 45 minutes for my food! I was told AFTER I inquired, that there was an hour wait! NEVER AGAIN! Don’t stay here, don’t expect good customer service, don’t expect anything that aligns with logical customer service!
