Montage Laguna Beach

Outstanding experience! I felt pampered from the moment we walked in. I've never been escorted to my room by the individual that checked me in before this trip. They gave an oversight of the property and he carried my bags to the room. The service by every individual was over the top!

My sister and I went to the Montage Laguna Beach with our mom to celebrate her 70th birthday, and the entire staff from the spa to the pool made our stay memorable and special. It's a special type of customer service that isn't obsequious-the staff is just always seems to anticipate your needs in a friendly, normal, and professional way. Karin Helfrich from the spa helped coordinate six spa appointments for our group, and it was such a wonderful experience that two of us got facials the next day too! After the first day at the spa, Karin, Luis, and Asher has set aside six chairs at the spa pool in a great location, and made my mom and our group feel very special. Big shout out to Asher and Christian at the spa pool on 2/4/26! I has Elsa for a massage, and she customized it to my needs, and incorporated lymphatic drainage and other types of massage. The next morning I had Brittany for a facial, and she also went above and beyond in assessing my skin and tailoring my facial. We ate dinner at the Studio one night, and it was a gorgeous setting by the water with beautiful heat lamp lighting to keep us comfortable dining al fresco. I loved the Mediterranean menu. I think I named most of the staff that stood out in this review, but I will do it again here: Karin Helfrich (spa), Asher (pool), Luis (pool), and Christian (pool), Elsa (spa), Brittany (spa), Gabby, Dannee (spa), Cameron (spa), Alice (spa). Thank you all for a wonderful stay-I look forward to visiting again soon!

PERFECTION! This is truly a Five Star hotel. The grounds, the lobby, the room, the food, the staff all perfection. It is clear that training of the entire staff is important to this property's success. EVERY member interacted with are friendly, look you in the eyes greeting, stopping and stepping aside to pass, a smile these are examples of service that did not go unnoticed. This property is one that I will return to again and again.

The Montage Laguna Beach is truly exceptional. The property is breathtaking and the service is seamless from start to finish. The pool staff were attentive, warm, and consistently a step ahead. But the Mosaic Bar staff delivered the best service I’ve ever experienced, genuinely welcoming, incredibly professional, and masters of their craft. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personal. This is world-class hospitality, and we can’t wait to return.

Rocio in housekeeping was top notch! She responded quickly and professionally. Anything I needed she was 100% on top of it. Not to mention sweet and cordial.

From the moment we were greeted by the valet to the time we said see you later we were treated like royalty! We enjoyed a wonderful lunch where Marino, the wait staff and bartenders took very good care of us!
