Montage Laguna Beach

We had another wonderful Montage experience at the Montage Laguna Beach, and it’s always the caring staff that make the difference. I would like to especially call out Aaron in the Lobby Bar who made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in early and were waiting for our room to be ready. He not only welcomed us with wonderful champagne but he kicked off the stay to be a memorable one by pointing out some of the special things to see at the resort. It was also a great surprise to see that Victorio Gonzalez is now the Managing Director of the Laguna Beach property. It’s evident that he is already influencing his team to consistently deliver an exceptional level of hospitality, just like what we have experienced at Montage Big Sky in the past.

By far the most accommodating resort we have experienced. The view from every corner of the resort is spectacular but the staff truly made the stay amazing.

This resort itself is beautiful. We were there for a conference and the facilities were great. Love having a conference where you stay. Rain interrupted an outside dinner and everything was shifted inside with little impact to the experience. Rooms were roomy, well maintained and comfortable. Service was second to none. Just a really good experience. Location was amazing.

We had an outstanding bungalow with stunning view and enjoyed fantastic service level throughout our 3+ day stay; didn’t want to leave. Lots of special touches sets them above other resorts at this level. Not inexpensive! Lobby bar and pool are excellent places to stare out to see (and Catalina Island when it’s clear).

Absolutely stunning property where you are pampered 24/7! Highly recommend this resort! The rooms were beautiful and the Spa top notch!

Mosaic Bar and Grille. Wow, what a great place! I love the Frozen Rosé (Frosé); they are the best. The atmosphere on a sunny day in Southern California is truly amazing! The service was terrific; I loved the piano player after dinner! The view from the room and the grounds were beautiful!

Aaron lobby floor manager absolutely wonderful. Surprised me with a glass of bubbles as lobby bar down. Bday treat! He didn’t even know it’s my birthday! Just above and beyond service! Made me feel so special!exceptional!

Very Expensive but worth it! The service is impeccable but certainly not stuffy. The hotel is beautiful with an incredible ocean view as you walk in the lobby. Easy to get down to the sand for a walk on the beach. Fitness Center was probably the best hotel gym we have ever used. We had lunch and breakfast at The Loft and it was great.

Amazing resort, location incredible, food, service and rooms were exceptional - everything was incredible. Awesome!

Stopped in the Lobby Lounge for a nightcap. Our waiter, Donnie, was a fine young gentleman. Poised, attentive, and knowledgeable in every detail. His service made the evening truly a treat.
