El desayuno y el trato y amabilidad de los miembros del personal. Además los kioskos de snaks son excelentes. El clima es bueno casi todo el año y las piscinas son super relajantes. Muchas gracias por la excelente experiencia...!!!

Podrían talves mejorar la parte del cable de TV, si bien es cierto uno no va a ver tele a los paseos, si es bueno sobre todo en las noches ya para dormir. Lo otro es ver la forma de ofrecer más sombra en el área de las piscinas.

Gente o no sé quién se queda a la par de las habitaciones a hablar en la noche . Deberían de poner un rótulo que indique silencio gente descansando

Poco! Hotel descuidado! Quizás lo mejor es el desayuno, estuvo bien, sin embargo empieza a las 7 am, muy tarde…..

Muchas cosas malas: 1) Inmerso en la selva tropical y la habitación NO TENIA AIRE ACONDICIONADO…. La noche se pasa mal con el calor. 2) No había papel higiénico a la llegada. 3) Gel de Baño y otras amenidades mínimas no existen…. Muy mal.

La estancia fue excelente. El desayuno fue muy completo y la atención del personal, muy amable. Definitivamente pensamos volver.

Solo sugeriría pantallas más grandes en las habitaciones y un mejor servicio de televisión por cable. El que había se interrumpía o no presentaba los canales que se ofrecían.
