Beautiful location,you are surrounded by Amazing nature 😍 The hot springs are fantastic .

Weather was horrible, Front desk was not flexible or accommodating, not willing to give us a refund if we left, I'm disable a paraplegic, with a lot of sleeping issues, we wanted to leave but we wore denied a refund, since we paid the entire week upfront, we ended up having to stay and deal with the consequences. it was bad, my family and I, went home with sore backs. We only used the pools 3 times the entire stay. There was no sympathy from the manager in the front desk, he made us feel like he was always doing us a favor, he told us that his priority was to look out, for the business, wich is disgusting. We are so hurt and disappointed about this place and for sure it is Not worth the money, beds are old, pillows are old, everything is old and outdated. Never again . It's a shame how you treat visitors that pay super elevated prices,for basic rooms. The rest of the staff wore beautiful down to earth loving Ticos, the entire stay was a w a ist of money .

Instalaciones muy cuidadas y limpias!!

Mehr Schein als sein. Alles ist sehr alt und ziemlich herunter gewirtschaftet. Da sollte dringend mal investiert werden. Außerdem war in der Anlage die Wahl zur Miss Universe von San Carlos, was dazu führte dass dieser Abend unglaublich laut war. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass man bei so einer geplanten Veranstaltung die Gäste, die dort buchen wollen, vorher darüber informiert.

Tenemos niños. Y comen super poco. Se acercó alguien y dijo que solo cobrar un (plato)bufete por ellos . Waoo. Eso me sorprendió. Poco se ve. Es realmente el consumo. No se siente abuso. Se siente agusto
