No tenía aire acondicionado mi habitación. Personal en entrenamiento en recepción poco capacitado

The property is in a jungle setting and we enjoyed walking the trails by the river. We loved the temperature of some of the hot springs pools, which we were able to have to ourselves after the public hours were done. We had a couples massage at the spa and it was relaxing with river in the background. Staff were nice and friendly, and we were grateful that there was a restaurant. There is an awesome restaurant located 7 minutes drive away called, Q Rico Restaurante…the food was amazing!

The rooms are a bit dated. The spa looked like it was once vibrant. The plumbing needs a little work, as our toilet barely flushed. It was a little confusing because it looks like it is set up for a wedding, but it is just how it is…

La habitación el baño terriblemente incómodo muy accesorios muy antiguos y por el lavadero salían malos olores además la ducha muy incomoda con puertas también incómodas

Amenidades

Location is soectacular and you can stay in the hotel during your stay or go outside and find other restaurants and places to enjoy in the area.

The food was not like the best. I suggest asking for the menu instead of taking the buffet option. I was there before and the menu (even though you don’t have too many options to choose from) has better and tastier food.

Las piscinas están muy bien.

El desayuno no me gustó tanto. Prefiero el gallo pinto sin condiciones artificiales.
