Only one night, entering the room there was a not pleasant smell, looking into the room I realized that the carpet has not been cleaned with good results, it looks like need a deep wash, not only vacuum service

Price was OK for the property. Parking lot could use some repairs. 1st room didn’t have a fridge. The clerk at the front desk was courteous & gave us a room with a fridge.

I like this hotel but it is time to fix damaged things and update a little. Pool was cold. Couldn't swim. Cleanliness needs attention a little bit more. Parking lot needs repaired. Too many pot holes. This was a nice hotel 2 years ago but has went down hill a bit.

I don't really understand where the stellar rating and good reviews came from! I feel duped. The hotel looked a mess outside, was iffy inside, every ice machine was out of order, we never had wifi for a single minute of our stay! The girl at the desk was nice enough, but clearly helpless to combat the obvious problems her clients were coming to her with. They don't cover their mattresses , but thankfully I found no bedbugs here. Just such a disappointment - never again

Older Hotel the picture of the rooms online were correct for the bed which was comfortable. The room itself carpet and chair and the ottoman were worn out and stained, the shower had no vent fan and the knob on bathtub needed replacing. Room smelled musty. I prepaid and it was late when We got there so Rather than lose the money we stayed. Like I said the Bed was comfortable and clean.

MOLD ON THE OLD PAINTED BATHROOM WALLS, PEELING DRYWALL IN NUMERUS PLACES IN THE CEILING/ HOLES INTHE WALLS IN ROOMS WHERE PICTURES USE TO BE/ICE MACHINE NOT WORKING,HOT TUB NOT WORKING, TOILET IN POOOL AREA HAD A COAT HANGER HANGING OUT OF THE BOWL THAT HAD TO BE PULED ON TOO FLUSH,EVERYTHING HAD A LAYER OF DUST, & WAS OLD & IN DISREPAIR/ CARPET & FLOORS WERE VERY DIRTY
