"Exceptional"

It was very nicely decorated, rooms were a good size and were clean and comfortable. Price for one night was a bargain and staff were lovely and friendly.

"Mostly good hotel"

The bedroom was nice. Good TV and Wi-Fi , bed was comfortable and in a great location.

The bathroom wasn’t that nice and the breakfast wasn’t great for British standards.

"Bad experience"

I lost my jeans and my bank cards even landed me an argument very disappointing staff and housekeeping thieves

Good area and comfy enough

A bit dated bathroom has seen better days found skirting warped and burst cracks in the sink. Toilet seat had a hole in it. Carpet thread bearing

There was no Air con in the room and no YouTube or Netflix just tv channels otherwise it was perfect, great ambience and location

"Overall a great stay, all good."

Great location and upgraded decor. Friendly staff, especially the cleaning staff who were very helpful.

I wish there had been water provided in the rooms on a daily basis. I ended up buying my own as the weather was warm. There is no air conditioning so the rooms become a little stuffy.
