I liked how Comfy the beds were

For 4 star hotel , you expect a little better then an average premier inn or travelodge . Bathroom was very outdated shower wouldn’t hold much pressure. Struggled to get into the room with the room card playing up. Also being offered drugs from other guests whilst i was away for Father’s Day with my dad isn’t very good.

The location, hotel very clean and nice rooms.

Reception staff, Was not greeted with smile, more like a nuisance, they were doing things on the computer rather than acknowledge guests. Ignored us at checkin and check out, didnt say thankyou.. Maybe a little training in Customer service would be beneficial..

The updated room refurbishment

It was very noisy at all hours, out side and inside. There was no cocktail menu. There was no refrigerator in the superior rooms.

Great location, good first impression, comfortable beds.

The shower knob was missing, impossible to use, the window was broken, the key card stuck in the door, preventing it from opening, the staff was only half-helpful, meaning one room change was wonderful, the other useless. After the first attempt to change rooms, we were told there were no rooms available. Their official website listed two available rooms. The next day, they changed rooms. After an official complaint, we received a voucher for a one-night stay with breakfast... but the bad taste remained.
