I did not stay at hotel because our power came on. We were without power for 3 days and I tried to cancel this and you would not cancel. I will never work with Expedia again!

For the price it wasn’t worth it. The bead board look like it was scratched up by a dog. Took my kids swimming nd it was dogs in the pool area. WiFi wasn’t working, pillows on bed wasn’t clean. Just a bad experience. No refrigerator or microwave which was a big inconvenience

The whole property needs a little TLC. My room‘s floor was stained. My room‘s couch was stained, and my headboards on both of my queen beds were tore up.

"Terrible pool"

We paid for an upgraded room so the size is nice but old. The lobby looks nice. But the pool is absolutely disgusting. We got in before we realized there was actual dirt in all the corners, and as we walked around the water got very cloudy so we quickly got out. There were no towels and a bandaid on the floor. When we returned to our room to shower, we had terrible toiletries and they weren’t even full. This is not a good Hampton Inn.

"Don't stay here"

We chose the Hampton because we thought it would be a step up from the other nearby hotel. I believe we made the wrong choice. The lobby was typical. Our room was not. You could see a large gap between the door and the hallway. The pillowcases were wrinkled. The bed was lousy. The headboards were worn, ripped, missing fabric, and shedding. The breakfast was undesirable. The scrambled eggs were ok, but there was no sausage or bacon. They had biscuits and gravy, but I didn't have that so IDK if it was good. They only had bananas. No other fruit. No yogurt. They had one carton of milk. I cannot comment on the pool, as we didn't go. Our shower had standing water while showering. Stay somewhere else.
