The desk staff were nice and helpful and the lobby clean. However, the elevator was very dirty. There was a gummy bear stuck in the door track for the three days I was there and other debris on the carpet that was not cleaned up. All carpet in hotel was stained and dirty looking. Hotel definitely needs a refresh.

The room was clean. Didnt find out until next Morning hot water in shower had no pressure...cold water pressure was fine.
No hot water, shower didn’t work. Checked out next day due to condition of room. Would never stay there again.
we have stayed there many times visiting family in Waverly staff great will return soon .

Staff was great. Pool was nice and clear. Breakfast had different options. Will be back again. I asked for extra towels and they made sure i had them. Love the coffee, and it was available 24 hours that made me extremely happy . Already planning my next stay
The hostess at the front desk, Becky, was absolutely wonderful, she was so generous and went above and beyond her job to help accommodate us. She was wonderful!
Great place to stay. Breakfast was very accommodating. Clean and fresh. Staff was unearthly friendly. Did I say staff was friendly. Will definitely stay again.
