I love staying here. Close to family in the area. Staff is always friendly. They only thing i don't like is the $100 deposit. It's taking too long to get back in my account. We will stay here again and again.
Power was out due to high winds when we arrived. Hotel has no backup power system and worse yet, does not even have emergency lighting in the corridors. We had to use our cell phone flash lights to get down the corridor to our room.
Everything was good, bathroom floor wasnt the cleanest and elevator I thought was going to breakdown just from all the noise coming from it.
I called about cable not working they told me to reset cable box. They should have done that. Missed end of buckeyes game.
I was eaten alive by bed bugs. Didn't even know until hours after I had checked out. Took 68 bites in total and have had to seek medical attention. Do not stay here.
Friendly staff and housekeeping probably did as well as they could with what they have to work with. Torn curtains, many stains everywhere, marginal beds, few outlets, horrible elevator, extremely low water pressure lukewarm at best. Breakfast existed, but all heat-n-serve. Convenient but you get what you pay for.

I’ve been staying here since 2009. The staff is always nice but the rooms are starting to become to worn. Sub par bedding and Plumbing issues etc…
Felt very dirty. And 3rd floor smelt like smoke bad.
