THE ROOM FLOOR WAS DIRTY. THE AUTOMATIC DOORS TO THE OFFICE MAIN ENTRANCE WOULDN'T OPEN for 3 Days. Could use a Maintenance Man.

Floor Dirty, Stunk like smoke, No Blankets for bed, Heat didn't work.

Budget hotel exceeded expectations. Very close to Martinsville Speedway. Just turn left out of the parking lot and then head straight for down Virginia Ave for 5.8 miles and you are at the track! They have a fantastic breakfast buffet with made to order waffles and omelettes in their restaurant. The breakfast buffet is free for guests. Very friendly staff.

The Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room decor is not fancy, but it was ok; it was clean. We only stayed one night and the policy is for housekeeping to replace towels every few days unless the guests requests it. So there's is that one thing to know. The exercise room contains the basics, and the pool was closed due to being out of season. The breakfast buffet is included with the stay included with a made to order omelettes and belgium waffles. That belgium waffle was one of the best I ever had. The room also includes a mini refrigerator, hair dryer and coffee pot.

The room was nice and everything looked nice but after taking off our shoes and walking to the bathroom, our feet were black with dirt. We even commented upon arrival that it was nice that there was no icky carpeting. But icky laminant floors are pretty inexcuseable. They're EASY to wash.

Great staff, room, and breakfast. Will stay here again. Thank you.

Stopped overnight. About 15 min off I-95. At first was a little worried. Outside was old looking. Few people hanging around outside. Was put in room in 3rd floor. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was better than some others.

Very pleasant experience. The only negative was no microwaves in the room. Otherwise, a great stay!

I stayed here while visiting family. There are not a lot of great hotel choices in the area so I landed here almost by default. The staff is absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly, however most people in Southwest Virginia are. The negative experience was mainly due to a dated hotel. I felt like I checked into the year 1989 or something. My room had a little pile of dog food behind the door (i have pets so this did not freak me out). The staff obviously did not thoroughly vacuum the carpet. I laughed but I did not have high expectations for hotels in this area so I did not complain. Overall I may stay here again if Hampton Inn is overbooked.
