The room was dirty, there was blood on the lamp shade. The curtain had Feces on it . The man at the front desk was overwhelmed, he had no help. Poorest ran hotel I have ever seen

There is trash all along the side walk at the back building. No extra toilet paper, just what was on the roll. The parking for trucks with boats is not good. I would not recommend it for fishermen. The breakfast ticket was not explained to us so we went in thinking it was a buffet. We was not the only ones that thought so because we watched other guests come in thinking the same thing. Stephanie who checked us in was not friendly and did not explain anything. Poor customer service. The tall man who works in the breakfast areas needs customer service lessons. He hardly even speaks.

Would stay here again. Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful in arranging for late checkout with no charge.

I have been staying at the Dutch Inn for years. It's always a sweet place - quiet, clean, comfortable, simply a great place to stay. The full breakfast is always amazing. Great folks, like family. Wouldn't consider anywhere else.

Room need updating and separate building does not even have an ice machine. I did not feel comfortable as a single female walking to the other building at night to get ice.

Woman at counter very rude. Had to wait past check in time to get in room because they overbooked.

The front desk staff were friendly. They mentioned they were booked because of the Martinsville Nascar Race. There was a snow storm and the race was delayed. They also mentioned they were behind on getting all the rooms ready. Our room was not very clean at all. My kids got some water on the floor after taking a bath. When I wiped the water up with a towel the towel was pretty much black from the floor being so dirty. Two of the three lamps were broke. The room was very outdated.I thought $150 per night was extremely expensive for the condition of the room. We stayed here because our electricity was out at our house. It is still out but we are staying at a different hotel tonight.

The first room we got was very cold, the heater wasn't working and it was very dirty, but as soon as we told them they immediately gave us another room that was much better. The service was great.

Room was not clean. Wall had damage. No sosp or shampoo given. No attention to any detail

The hotel itself isn't bad for the price... If they charge you correctly. I am a travel nurse and was with this hotel two weeks in a row, was over charged 300 dollars the first week and 215 dollars the second, I only stayed one day each week and used a third party to book the second time. The second time, no one could explain to me why I was charged that amount, the manager wouldn't even come to the phone. Very disappointed, would not recommend. Will never go back.
