Good hotel for business or special events

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and will be back again.

My room is very cold. It is cool air blowing out. I am sleeping in my sweats cause I'm cold.

Staff was efficient and very friendly. High value for the price I paid, but missed having basics like shampoo and other toiletries. There was only one small bar of soap.

The dining room and breakfast was quite a pleasure

The hotel was very nice seems like recent renovatoons but if you are a light sleeper like my self please request a room on tbe backside of the hotel you will hear every car that passes if you stay on the front side very busy street, UNBELIEVABLE BREAKFAST BEST I HAVE HAD AT ANY HOTEL IN MY MANY YEARS OF TRAVEL it made it worrh the stay

Good overall for value

had a problem with keycard at check in had a bigger problem with keycard at 1230 am it took me approx. 20/30 min to get key to work along with making two trips to the office outside entrance to room with below freezing temps not a good experience we have stayed here before with no problems I did mention the problem with the check out person and she said that they have experienced some problems with the door locks when it is cold and she would let mainteance that did not help me I think some sort of comp is in order for the inconvience.

Excellent complimentary breakfast. Very friendly staff. Nice room although bed a little soft.

Room was clean, key card didn’t work, had to wait for someone to show up so I could check in and house keeping vmcsme early because they thought we had checked out. Breakfast bar for had been sitting out a long time, hard pancakes, eggs were toug.
