L'emplacement de l'hôtel en plein centre ville est parfait. Le personnel en général (de l'accueil, et du restaurant et de l'entretien est accueillant, patient et gentil.

Les petits bémols, le fait que la climatisation ne soit pas inclue dans le tarif des chambres (dommage pour un 4 étoiles), le service d'entretien laisse à désirer : serviettes de bain non changées, chambre pas nettoyée, travail baclé. Le coût du petit dej. un peu cher. Dommage
