All staff were friendly, polite and efficient. The buffet food at breakfast and lunch was plentiful (but warm instead of hot), various coffee machines were sporadic and the orange juice was watery (a surprise in Rotterdam, THE port importing Brazilian orange juice !). The bedroom was very small but acceptable. I will return.

No air conditioner ! Room is a sauna it’s impossible to sleep in these conditions. Room was dirty, bathroom with broken glass Horrible breakfast Staff not listening
