Een mooi gebouw met uitstraling en allure. Helaas naast een bouwobject waar s’nachts het licht branden. De kamer redelijk gehorig: het verkeer en de andere gasten hoorde je duidelijk. Rolstoel toegankelijk via de achterdeur en een tochtje door de dienstruimte, maar wel begeleid door prima personeel. Daar was niets op aan te merken. Ik vind het altijd weer jammer dat in een Nederlands hotel als Nederlander, engels moet spreken.

De wat minder doordachte en routes met de rolstoel.

Authentic art deco building. The only one surviving the bombardements. Beautiful large rooms One of the best breakfasts: diversity and creativity, top!

At the reception, could be better. They seem no being professionals. They do not take the remarks made during purchase on booking.com into account and for the billing neither. It was filled in but they do not check When customers pass, they do not have an attention to it…. Could be better.
