NOTHING AT ALL.

Everything. The motel was completely run-down. Lack of maintenance and care. On arrival it seem very sub-standard. Once given instructions to the unit it was a truly disgusting place to be. Outdoor maintenance was next to nothing. Lawns were cut but the yard was terribly gross. The unit had seen better days, the curtain was of its tracks and hanging. The window was broken with the latch hanging also. Stains on the carpet including the bed. A blanket smelled of very bad body odour. Kitchens light shade was melted to the bulb. The shower had pressure that merely dribbled and had to wash with a face cloth. The exterior of the windows and doors are absolutely filthy with dust, dirt and cobwebs. Cigarette but all around with weeds growing on the grass verge. JUST DISGUSTING AND GROSS ACCOMMODATION. It seemed like it was a previous emergency housing. Nō pride and care has ever be taken in the place. I wish to make a formal complaint to Booking.com and the owner with the hope the venue will be audited. Not a healthy enviroment and definately not suitable for children or anyone in that matter. PLAIN YUCK, even a brothel has standards 10x better. SHAMEFULL.

It was away from the busy road so you didn't hear the traffic.

The internet wifi was poor, which also made the television glitchy.

This place runs itself. No one is cleaning it, and the office is never open. They ask the guests to do the cleaning. I booked 2 nights and only stayed the first night because it was too late to find something else. I asked for a refund for second night because it was so dirty, and I was so grossed out by the kitchen. He said to me, are you going to sleep on the stove or in the kitchen. He was so rude, and made what should have been a nice time away very upsetting. I am warning people to pay a little more and go somewhere clean, with good customer service. This place should not be open for business. I will be making formal complaints and sharing with my 126 000 followers on social media. All I wanted was a refund. Very greedy man. TV didn't work, and bedding was stained.

The price compared to others

A little bit of carpet cleaning would help and to be expected.and some touch up paint in bathroom cabinets would help.Great for one night for me . Bedding immaculate. Heating good .shower awesome. Plenty rooms

Close to the city, cheap.

It looked nothing like the photos on the booking , advised the owner I would be late no heaters on windows open walked into a freezing room, microwave was disgusting I had to clean it myself, rubbish bins all dirty , mould growing in shower under hair wash liquid, earwig bug in the bed as soon as we opened it, carpet old and smelt musty. Didnt see the owners at all, ants on the bench this morning , cleaners need to do a lot better !
