Best Western Inn Florence

Room was clean. I didn’t like the placement of the toilet paper roll. It was a long stretch with my sore left shoulder to reach it. I am not sure if there was a better option. I was shocked at all of the airport noise because when I was here on the 23rd I heard none. Staff were great.

The hotel was not far from the creation museum and ark encounter which surprised my mom for her birthday and she was very excited. The hotel looked very nice and clean inside and outside. The hotel staff was very polite and greeted you when passing by, the food that was served at the breakfast buffet was so good and plentiful. This was my first time coming to Kentucky and I really enjoyed myself so I will be back and I will be staying at this hotel again.

Brianna was the only good experience.

We actually canceled our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th nights at the place. Upon arrival our CC was denied because it had been shut down due to a double charge by the hotel before we even arrived. The staff could not give us full answers on why the two charges and why the two different amounts. They basically said, “That’s on you.” For the problem. Our CC confirmed THEY DID double charge however the next morning the Hotel had no record of any charges. The previous night involved two different employees that were obviously friends and seemed to live at the hotel themselves. We were very uncomfortable with their dishonesty and blaming us for the double charges so we canceled our next three nights, not trusting our belongings to be in our room while we were at our vacation venues during the day. I will note that “Brianna” was not the employee I am speaking of. It was the two male employees that were working before she arrived the morning we checked out. We lost hundreds of dollars in reward points because of this double charging because we could not use that card for the whole 8 days of vaction which included our gas for 2,500 miles. Gas alone rewards were more than the cost of this room and I am requesting a full refund for this room. We have documentation of this whole ordeal.

Musty smell, dirty bathtub, coffee creamers were curdled.

Beds are clean with plenty of pillows that are comfortable. Nicely decorated. Everything you need. Very nice experience.

Friendly staff, cleanliness of the property itself as well as the rooms, breakfast bar has a great variety and is always fresh, location is perfect for the convenience of shopping/dinning/interstate.

Clean and convenient property. Very easy check in. Would definitely stay again if traveling in the area
