Best Western Inn Florence

Housekeeping every day. The breakfast was very good too.

Comfortable & Clean

My only complaint is that we were on the 3rd floor and the hallway smelled like weed.

The desk clerk, Nick gave me a hard time trying to cancel my next day stay, even to the point of lying to Expedia's customer service. I booked my stay for a 2 night stay. When I got there for check in at 2:55 pm, I changed my mind about that 2nd night. He would not let me cancel. Thanks to Briana at Best Western and Joe at Expedia, I was able to cancel the next morning at checkout.

Very clean room and friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable and pretty quiet. Rooms and bathrooms could use an update.

Convenient location

It smelled like and old sour wash cloth. There was people smoking drugs and the smell lingered into our room. And made all our clothes and luggage smell like smoke. I guess people live here, because they kicked a whole family with a dog out and had their stuff all over the lobby. The breakfast they had the sausages floating in some greasy water. The elevator was barely working. The beds felt like you were laying on a bag of rocks. And one of our pillows had mold on it.

The room felt like humidty was being pumped in. The carpets were damp. The beds were damp. The bathroom was surface clean, but things like the toilet paper holder and light switch were gross. The breakfast was watery-from the eggs to the sausages.
