Americinn by Wyndham Birch Run - Frankenmuth

Breakfast was good! Employees were nice. Hotel rooms, hallways were clean.

Pool was really cold ,needs an update. I took a shower at 9pm, they only had cold water. There were 4 small pillows that was really uncomfortable. Should have 2 big ones.

Location to our destination

Bed wete Bondy and it was dingey.

The staff charged for the room although it was already paid through Booking.com. The person at the desk was rude and couldn't be bothered to address the problem. Despite calls from Booking.com and the hotel confirming it had access to the full payment via the Booking.com credit card, the charge for the room hasn't been refunded by the hotel. I now have to file a complaint through Booking.com.

The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good.

There was no elevator to our room and my mom is older. It was not easy for her to go up and down the stairs the whole time. Also there was no hot tub or sauna or anything other than a pool that was freezing cold. Location was a nightmare to get in and out of due to being right next to the expressway.

Room was clean. Was not very expensive and location wasn't bad.

Paper thin walls could hear everything. Room was directly over the pool and right next to the stairs. Could hardly sleep with all the noise.
