The location was excellent for christmas town, had a great time walking down town Frankenmuth threw the stores, the bridge, the hotel was a nice place quiet the room was nice the breakfast was good looking forward to our next visit

The second room was clean though the hallway was questionable. The bed was comfortable

The pillows in the first room were in the middle of the bed without cases. After finally getting through to the front desk, being told that no one was available to bring cases and being asked what we wanted to do about it, we were told that we could walk across campus to obtain keys for another room

room was very clean. bed was clean and comfortable. the main lobby and hallways were clean and smell clean

outside of building n land looks ruff. also no hot water for shower in the morning. let front desk know when i checked out.
