"It sucked"

Not much

My key cards had to be reprogrammed 6 times in 15 hours They had an elevator but quest couldn’t use it I asked for a 1st floor room which they had but couldn’t switch my room because I used booking.com your web site said they had a elevator

"Get what you pay for."

The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Honestly, I felt like this was a get what you paid for situation. We had no towels in our room when we arrived, had to request some. We had no tissues, had to request some. We found live bugs in our room. The breakfast wasn't that great, and they were out of butter the whole time. Also, the outlets on the night stand were way too loose, nothing would stay in to charge. Also, no hot water and the water pressure was terrible.
