The room was clean.

Elevator wasn't working, there was no breakfast, was going to stay two nights, only stayed one, having to fight to get refund on second night. Manager wouldn't return calls.

The location......and the staff

No Internet, breakfast was served in a barn....and it was cold..... Carpet's need changing the air on was worse than an aircraft carrier.....

"Don't stay in this dump."

Got a room on the first floor.

Stayed here 3 times in the past. Those 3 stays were great. This stay,: Restaurant closed, bar closed, elevator out of order, room not made up Saturday. Lobby and exit to parking lots smell like a dirty locker room. Bathroom vent fan didn't work. Someone took a battery out of room smoke detector. I had to change out batteries myself. Website still shows full breakfast-NOT available. Very disappointed. Next time I'm in Watertown, I'll be staying elsewhere.

Room is spacious enough for large family

Lift did not work, Washbasin sink was choked. Called guest service to attend the issue and provide extra towels but never turned up. Hotel is short staffed, had to wait in lobby long enough to check in. Room is old and corridor looks ancient
