Rooms were clean

It seems they’re having staffing issues. We waited for 40 min at front desk with others waiting to check in. Someone from room cleaning had to do it with help from someone on the phone. It was also supposed to include breakfast which was never provided. I also heard from people in the area that they are utilizing this location for long term stays.

The staff was friendly and kind.

The pool was under construction and was closed. It was also advertised that there was free breakfast, but when I went for breakfast, they were not offering it anymore. I paid more for the hotel due to the pool and breakfast, which I did not get. I also stayed with my mother in law who required an elevator. However, the elevator was out of order, which made the stairs very difficult for her.

Pool was closed. Breakfast was closed for a few days due to delivery issues.

Broken elevator for my last 2 days of my trip and no accessible outlets except 1 that was broken. The property looks nothing like the photos that they show when booking at this property! When we were leaving and I complained about the issues, I was shocked by the response from their front desk, she said well we can’t do anything about that!!

Staff was friendly

The toilet was only clean on the front, seat, and inside. There was body hair on the base of toilet and in the shower. Probable bodily fluid on headboard. There was a peanut in the bed. The bed was obviously very old, and very uncomfortable. The hotels outside access doors were not locked- Broken/propped open.

Nothing was nice

Ac unit caught on fire . We got kicked out of hotel foe complaining

The staff were phenomenal! All the ladies were kind and went beyond to be helpful.

Absolutely nothing, this place should be demolished.

Everything. The most disgusting place I’ve ever been in my life. You could have contracted aids in that place.
