Auteur désagréable. Lit qui etait creusé au centre. Qui veut dire que le lit chambre 217 est vraiment scrap, et vous offrez un lit comment ca, c'est inacceptable., on a téléphoné a la réception pour un changement et 0 réponse. Alors très décevant, de voir que vous offrez ca.

Le lit , et l'odeur. Hôtel mal entretenue, quand tu réservé par internet impossible a savoir. Et on a pas voulue nous rembourser a 2 hrs de réservation.

The breakfast was the only good part.

Half the staff wasn’t trained to answer questions or they told OLD COVID information. They didn’t clean your room unless you asked the night before. The beds were like rocks. I’ve been to plenty of BW and they were never this outdated.

It was a safe area and the concierge, knowledgeable. The dog doo on the floor in the lobby should have been cleaned up. It was still there in the morning and a clump had migrated outside the 2d floor elevator. The kitchen staff was friendly and kind.

Awful customer service from the woman working the front desk. Didn’t know how to check me in. Told me to contact Hotels.Com

WiFi was questionable at best.

Room was clean - Hair dryer was broken and the shower curtain did not keep the water inside the shower . Shower liver on the bottom needed to have more grip - felt slippery . Other than that , it was fine .

The property overall was clean but it’s getting old and could use some upgrades. The breakfast was good.
