Great until I was asked to leave after being a guest for nearly 2 weeks then out the blue I’m being told by Kevin (who isn’t a manager) that due to me being “mean” I have to leave and there were notes left saying as such but I wasn’t allowed to view the notes in addition there was never a reason to be”mean” I was always polite spoke said please and thank you… Hotel staff kept taking my money in order to stay there then outta nowhere I’m being mean … never yelled or raised my voice never cursed even after they told me to leave I left …. However this hotel charges 100.00 for incidentals in which they decide who pays this fee I’m still waiting for my money to be returned to my account one was March 1 then another on March 7 it’s crazy when I was a guest there the money would go back within 24 hours since this situation the Mgr Kerpreet claims she’s refunded both said fees I still haven’t received it…I just want my 200.00 released/given back to me so I can forget about this horrible experience I’m so disappointed in the treatment i received I even asked if they could go over security camera footage to see I wasn’t mean or aggressive or anything….st this point if I don’t receive my money in the next 2days I will have no choice but to get a lawyer involved this has become utterly ridiculous

The room is very weirdly set up. The door to the bathroom is a barn door so there’s no perfect seal. And the doors to the toilet and shower also don’t form a seal. So if you’re traveling with anyone else they will hear everything going on in the bathroom. The floors and not been swept since the last check out. We kept a towel on the foot of the bed to wipe our feet before getting into bed.
