Do not stay at this hotel if you value safety, professionalism, or basic human decency. I stayed here over Mother's Day weekend with my 3-year-old and 18-month-old, and we were subjected to targeted harassment and bullying by a front desk employee named Kevin. The issues started at check-in when the hotel's credit card machine was down, so they didn't authorize a card. On Sunday morning, I took my two toddlers down for breakfast while dad went offsite to set up for the day. While eating, Kevin asked for my room number to charge the breakfast to my folio, which I provided. Hectic with two babies, I went back up to the room to clean them up and get them ready for the park, fully intending to settle up on our way out. Within three minutes of being in my room, Kevin used the hotel's internal phone system to aggressively demand I come down "now" to pay and clean up the breakfast table. When I explained I was solo with two toddlers and would be down as soon as they were dressed, he became verbally hostile. I hung up to focus on my screaming kids, and Kevin proceeded to call my room four more times in a row. It felt like targeted stalking. It got so terrifying that I called my husband to call the front desk for me. Kevin told my husband he was "about to kick me and the kids out of the hotel" over a breakfast charge he already had my room number for. Threatening to evict a mother and two babies over a $13 charge is an unconscionable safety violation. When I finally went downstairs to pay, I caught Kevin openly mocking me and my husband to other staff and laughing about how he treated us. To make matters worse, I am a cancer patient who finished chemotherapy in October. This was my first Mother’s Day in a year without being sick, and this hotel completely ruined it. I spoke to the Hotel Manager, Matthew, who promised a follow-up that never came. When I escalated to the General Manager, Safal Mengi, his response was to gaslight me, call this "frustration on both sides," and protect his employee while refusing to refund the points used for the stay. Management cares more about protecting hostile employees than guest safety. This property is entirely unequipped for families, and its staff handles basic operational errors with aggression and intimidation. A formal corporate complaint and Chase dispute have been filed. Stay far away.

The property was beautiful and clean

Didn’t like that there was no available parking one night when we arrived late due to a big truck taking up about 8 stalls.

The stay was pleasant and the staff was friendly. I like that they didn't have carpet in the rooms. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was as expected. The parking lot lighting was good so arrivals after dark felt safe. Proximity to the airport made traveling easy. I would choose to stay here again.
