The bed and pillows were very comfortable, enabling me to get a good nights sleep. The location is fantastic, and the room was quiet. The robes and slippers are a nice to relax in.
A few nice people but very uncaring staff. We were in their way. A group of motorcyclists came in our second day and took over the place. No more Best Western for me.

Good access to the Old Town. Room is not spacious.
Room was relatively small but clean and central. Confusion over car park as theirs was too small but did just fit in post car park
Large, clean, modern rooms and lobby. Courteous and helpful staff. A three-minute walk from the train station and from major tourist sites. Many fine restaurants nearby. Good breakfast served in the am. I've never thought about staying in a Best Western Hotel before, I'll have to rethink that because this is definitely a 4-star hotel.
