A very well situated hotel. It was very hot when we visited and the air conditioning was not that good. Also the bedroom was very small. Staff very good and helpful.

Hotel was in a good location, close to both the old town and the railway station. Staff were very friendly and were able to recommend a very good local restaurant. Room was very nice, with a balcony. A tiny bit small, but not overly so. We will stay here again, next time we visit the beautiful Annecy!

The hotel is nice and clean and the staff are very helpful, this is the second time we have been to the hotel, we paid for a bigger room and we liked it very much.We will come back to this hotel again.
The only good words I can say about this hotel is about very central location and public parking in front for a very fair daily rate. Rooms are ridiculously small.
