We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff at reception were welcoming and informative and always well dressed. The room was very well maintained and equipped. We go to Annecy at east once a year and we will definitely return to this hotel.
The hotel is in a good location and there are lots of places to eat. The area annesty is a lovely place to stay and the hotel carlton is close to shopping;

The staff were excellent, but we had problems with room. My wife closed the shower doors and one of them came out of track and fell on her. She screamed and i took the shower door off her, thank god she was not hurt. The room had a fancy coffee maker however it leaked water if you did not use it immediately.
Very nice room. Enough space for two adults with very nice amenities. Robes, slippers, toiletries, and very nice towels !
Hotel is a block from the train station. Small room but clean and quiet. The room had an Espresso machine in it which made my wife happy. Hotel is close to the center of town. Staff was friendly and helpful.
