I was very happy with this hotel. The room was very clean and well designed, plenty of space, well set up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the serve-yourself area well set up. And there's a very nice Italian restaurant next door!

Clean room. This was our 2d stay. Good breakfast...fresh fruit, oatmeal, good branded yogurt, eggs, bacon, and breads. Dried fruit and nut jars need replacing...ancient. propert looks woen, a bit gloomy inside. Stairs to breakfast room need a thorough washing. Cleaning people were helpful and nice. Check in people need some people skills, or maybe are just young. The gardening is wonderful! Beautiful plantings and bird feeders!

This place was nothing like the pictures. The pool water was green and you could not even swim in it the room was so dirty. Normally I wouldn’t complain but it was so much money for something that wasn’t even advertised right

This hotel met our needs. However, I did not know that they didn't provide housekeeping during our stay until we returned to our room in the evening. Also, we reserved a queen size bed but we had a full.

I have stayed here many times over 15 years because it was convenient to family in Concord. The property is increasingly run down. Price is too high considering much better options in Concord and area. Friendly reception cannot make up for a “down and out” hotel.

Description was very misleading as well as the high ratings. Small hotel, no microwave, no elevator, far from everything. Not to mention it’s next to a PRISON with no dining options near by. Linen weren’t the cleanest, couldn’t leave the bathroom door open as the steam could set off the smoke alarm.

Nice and quiet Just what me and my family needed . Good restaurants really close by. Quick drive to sightseeing. Hotel was very clean and staff were super.
