Inn at Historic Concord

The property is very clean with a nice full breakfast. However the staff if not so quick to respond to needs. I asked that my room be cleaned and called twice, they didn’t answer the phone at 9 am. The result was getting a 30$ credit in my stay. Otherwise it’s convenient and clean.

Quite a few insects in our room.

I was told the breakfast was continental but was pleasantly surprised with hot food. Eggs and sausage were available so that was very good.

Good location for area sites to see.

The services was great. The only thing was a spider in our bed. But we were fine.

The location is great, the beds are comfy, the service was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was just right. The bathrooms in our rooms were a little vintage. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints.

We loved sitting on the balcony. We would have liked to swim in the beautiful pool but we couldn’t get in. It was very close to historic downtown Concord.

Staff was friendly enough, the bed was comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was good with a wide selection. The only complaint is that this property is lacking an elevator so if you’re stuck with a second level room you’ll have haul luggage up a steep flight of stairs. Very difficult with a large suitcase.

The personnel at the desk were so helpful-helped us with where places were and especially helped with the timing getting to the airport. Loved the cookies at the desk too!
